Wake in the morning and relax with a coffee on the balcony looking over the sea. Easy walking distance to the major hotels, bars, restaurants , breakfast and brunch spots means cars are optional. The Grapetree complex in "Snooze lane" this condo is so close to everything you barely need to leave.

*Our 3 bed condo is spacious and full of light and right in the heart of 7mile beach. The 3rd floor room loft style room, is large and suitable for up to 3 kids (or comfortable for 2 adults also). Our place is perfect for 2 couples and 2-3 kids or 3 couples - let us know your combination and we can cater accordingly. -- A baby crib and high chair also available as needed. Bring your work with you and you can put your laptop on the desk and plug into a 30" UHD screen with high speed internet. Jump in the sea and snorkel right out front! views of the sea from most rooms, you can even see the sea while you shower in the fully renovated master bathroom. Easily cater for families with small children and babies also, just ask for details.

Neighborhood

All within less than a mile walk you will find no less than 20 shops to suit your needs. A bakery & coffee shop, liquor stores, restaurants and bars are all walking distance. Our top recommendations for everything you might need will be ready and waiting for you. Walk to Margaritaville in 5mins, Marriot in 5mins and even the main supermarket in 5mins. Caymana Bay is also walk-able in around 15mins, a car can be handy but is not required as you are close to everything.

Guest Access

Onsite tennis court (rackets and balls provided), pool and most importantly the beach is right at the door step (2 snorkel sets available for use). Electric BBQ is available right on the patio, the electric plug is found inside the cabinet and needs to be plugged in, button pressed until lights come on and then moved up accordingly, allow 20mins for pre-heating to desired temp. Additional picnic tables for outdoor eating by the water also available right downstairs if required.

Loved the place, such a great location, the place is walking distance to everything I needed. Snorkeling out front was great and what an amazing sunset! I won't hesitate to stay again! Great host and great communication too!

Find us

It is easy to get around without a car (buses and taxis are very quick and easy to get) but if you hire a car there is a dedicated parking space right out front (the car will have a sea view too).
