Our second stay at this beautiful rental and did not disappoint in any way! The unit was spotless and just as we had left it a year ago. We absolutely loved the time spent in Grand Cayman and at Sunset Point! We plan to definitely visit again! Thanks again to our Super Host Kevin! Cheers!

My family and I had a wonderful week here. Check in and communication with the host was easy and convenient, and he allowed us to drop our bags at the location early and have a slightly early check in as well. The unit was spotless on our arrival and very conveniently located for access to the nearby beach and everything else the island had to offer. It was spacious and comfortable and came well supplied for our week there. We enjoyed our time here very much and would recommend it!

Comfy beds, clean and great smelling unit. This condo is close to literally everything, seven mile beach and all the great restaurants, Camana bay is literally a 2 minute drive where there are shops and great restaurants. No complaints

Lovely condo completely furnished and comfortable. The view of the ocean is fantastic & I really like having a shower for cleaning up outside. The shower didn’t work 1 day but was very quickly fixed. Having a pool is wonderful and the landscape is excellent.

Struttura nuova in bel complesso residenziale. Zona tranquilla non distante dalle spiagge principali dell’isola. Buona la comunicazione con l’host. La casa è come da immagini del sito, consiglio vivamente Noi abbiamo soggiornato in 2 adulti e 2 bambini, la struttura si addice di più a 2 adulti. Il check in alle 17 è limitante, sarebbe meglio impostarlo alle 15

We had such an incredible stay! This place is brand new and top notch. Gated community. The pool is right outside of your windows with the most incredible water view! Our children loved the 2 swimming pools and hot tub! 10/10 on a great stay. Thank you for accommodating us on such short notice after a failed AIRBNB experience. We will be back on future visits!

In all honesty we were a little unsure booking like this, however we need not have worries at all! Both Dan and Kevin were exceptional at staying in contact, answering any queries, and providing us with every bit of information, as well as local information to help our holiday. The Condo itself was just perfect. A home from home with everything you need...literally just pack your clothes. The Condo is spacious and being ablento step out to the beach at Kaibo was just wonderful. We have travelled extensively in the Caribbean and honestly I have only just found my Happy Place :) Thank you Kevin...Absolutely SUPERB!!

The property was large, clean, well equipped and literally on the beach. The beach was lovely and quiet, great for a morning and evening walk. Not comparable to seven mile beach for swimming but we preferred the quieter location and then driving to a nicer beach during the day.

Was not part of the booking.the appliances and amenities were more than adequate At first we did not have access to the pool but this was taken care of in a timely manner. The host more than compensated with a beautiful gift and a 10% off next stay
