We had a wonderful time at Kevin’s condo! It was extremely clean, very spacious, and conveniently located near several great excursion companies and restaurants. The space is larger than the pictures look. The view is amazing and the screened-in balcony is a huge plus. The beach was extremely private and we never had an issue finding a nice place to lounge. We will definitely be staying here again!

The two master bedrooms and bathrooms made this a great place for two couples. We enjoyed the pool in the evenings and snorkled at the dock. It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. It was beautiful and we will definitely be back!

We loved staying at this Airbnb for our first trip to Grand Cayman. We appreciated all the amenities, lawn chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, beach towels all included and available in the unit. Kevin was responsive and helpful prior to the trip. When we had an issue with the dryer and the fridge, we notified Kevin who had the technician come in the next day. Great experience, would stay again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this condo to any couple looking for a relaxing getaway. The space was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The ocean view is a real highlight. The balcony offers lovely morning shade — perfect for a cup of tea — and beautiful sunset views in the evening. What truly made this stay special was the location next door to Macabuca, a fantastic tiki bar and restaurant with direct water access via easy entry stairs. We fell into a perfect daily rhythm: snorkel, surface for a cold drink and coconut shrimp while watching other divers, then slip back into the sea. Pure island bliss. The on-site dive operation (In-Depth) was a gem — we wished we'd booked all our dives through them. The night dive with Raphael was absolutely worth it. No beach within walking distance, but a short drive gets you there. The pool was nice with plenty of seating in and out of the shade. A perfect base for a laid-back, ocean-focused trip — we would definitely come back.

Kevin's place was above 10+ and beautiful new unit with great furnishings. Kitchen new appliances, great dinner warehouse, everything well thought of. Spotless and 5 minutes from airport and supermarket. Nearby beautiful beaches, great snorkeling within 15 minutes at Smith Cove. I highly recommend Kevin's and he responds to any questions quickly.

This place was so beautiful and peaceful. Secluded from the tourist craziness, but still close enough to enjoy everything. Cracked conch restaurant just steps away and it was so good! The host communicated very well and also allowed a late check out to accommodate me and it was extremely appreciated. I don’t think there was a single time that I heard noise at this place, just soooo relaxing so beautiful and peaceful. The views, the views, the views🥹 just speechless. I’ll definitely be visiting again and thank you for a wonderful birthday!🙏🏽❤️

We stayed here a week ago with my family. I was impressed by the cleanliness and amenities of the place. Kevin was an exceptional host, he always responded on time and provided me with answers to my questions. The villa is close to restaurants, some of the best beaches and attractions. Our favourite beach was Cemetery beach. The apartment surroundings were quiet, I got used to the chickens crowing in the morning. I’ve travelled to most Caribbean islands and stayed at many airbnb’s but this viller was my best choice yet. The apartment had everything needed. Our stay was very comfortable and we will definitely consider staying here in the future and recommend this place to our family and friends. Thank you Kevin, for being a fabulous host.

Aqua Bay is a lovely, small condo complex. It’s peaceful, private, and directly on 7 mile beach. The condo is well appointed with everything you need. Kevin was very responsive and helpful with all of our questions.

We really enjoyed our stay, the private pool was perfect for the kids to enjoy and the surrounding beach/ dock was so beautiful to walk. We also enjoyed the kayaks! Kevin was super friendly and helpful (even for late night help with the thermostat!)
