The property is as pictured, beautiful and with all the needed amenities. Walk over to the Tiki Bar for sunset, snorkel turtle reef right from the dive center at the Tiki Bar. A short drive to Cemetery Beach, which was our favorite area to just chill. There is a major supermarket and several restaurants within 5 minutes. As a host, Kevin was always immediately responsive and very helpful. We had all of the information we needed prior to arrival, and there are many resources inside the apartment with food/beach suggestions, etc. They were able to accommodate both an early check-in and late check-out during our stay. We would definitely return on a future trip!

Our stay at Kevin’s Airbnb in Grand Cayman was absolutely incredible. From the moment we walked in, you could tell how much care and attention has gone into the space. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully set up to make you feel right at home. The pool was a highlight for our family. It was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the sunshine. And the views… just gorgeous. We found ourselves stopping multiple times a day just to take it all in. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, which made it so easy to fully recharge after long days of exploring. Every detail, big and small, was clearly considered. Kevin was a fantastic host, and it truly shows in the experience he provides. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special place in Grand Cayman!

The condo and property were as nice as the pictures. Check in was easy, and Kevin was flexible with helping us find a place to put our bags when we arrived early. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked with all of the essentials. The pool, hot tub, and entire common area were so nice, and the property was quiet and serene. We definitely recommend!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this beautiful property in Grand Cayman. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The views of the ocean are truly breathtaking-pictures don’t do it justice. Waking up to the view every morning was something special. Kevin was an outstanding host and was also very responsive to any questions we had. The location is perfect. Snorkeling and diving were literally just steps from the door as there is a dive shop next door, which made it so easy to enjoy the water whenever we wanted. The area was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we were hoping for. The condo itself was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Everything we needed was there, and it felt like a true home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful place to stay.
