Our family came for my son's wedding. There were 6 of us and plenty of room. Great location, short walk to beach and he provides everything you need, chairs, towels and snorkeling gear. I highly recommend and hope to return again next year.

We absolutely loved our stay!! The place was exactly as listed and was perfect for our family of 5 (with 3 children). Located in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance of public beach access. We rented a car so we would have the freedom to explore so we especially loved a dedicated parking spot. Kevin was friendly, responsive and also gave great recommendations. I appreciated the beach chairs, snorkeling equipment and towels he had available. I read so many reviews and honestly our stay far exceeded my expectations. We will most definitely be back.

Would love staying at Kevin's place… It's right across the street from seven Mile Beach and easy to access other areas of the island, either by public transportation or in your own car… There is a parking spot designated for the condo. Kevin is very quick to respond to requests. This is our second time staying, and we will certainly be back again.

Kevin's quiet West Bay airbnb was a very comfortable, private, quiet accommodation. We enjoyed our stay at this modern, updated apartment. It was nice to have a reserved parking spot close to the apartment. The kitchen was well-equipped so we could cook breakfast and we really enjoyed the comfortable beds. We were impressed with the comfort of the air conditioning and how quiet it was. Kevin was responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here or at another property that Kevin manages on Cayman Island. The restuarants that we enjoyed like Tukkas and Macabuca are close by and the nearby beach within walking distance is very nice.

The Airbnb was in a great location just a two minute walk to seven mile beach, it was a more quiet area of the beach. It was also only about a 20 minute walk along the shore to a couple of great beachfront restaurants. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and very well kept. Kevin was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We would highly recommend staying here!

We had an excellent stay. The accomodations were exactly what we expected. The kitchen had all of the ammenities we needed, it was a short walk to the beach and the beds were very comfortable! The patio is a lovely, private area to sit outside and enjoy.

Very clear, well stocked place. The only disadvantage for elderly is the bathrooms and bedrooms are upstairs.
We only stayed one night due to a cancelled flight, so it worked very well for us.
