Good to know

Our apartment is newly furnished! Within the complex, we have a pool, secluded beach, and a tennis court. Our beach has a sandy beach with an iron shore for snorkeling. Feel free to snorkel directly off the beach to see the tropical fish & even, if you're lucky, turtles for an amazing adventure! A unique shipwreck can also be found right out front our beach with a divers railing to pop directly into the area to snorkel around. The beach area has lounge chairs for guests to enjoy Seven Mile Beach in peace. Located in the Seven Mile Beach area our apartment is close to all the best restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment. Restaurants such as Luca and the Wharf are only minutes away. The grocery store is only a 5-minute drive and with a fully equipped kitchen you can make all your meals if you wish!

The apartment was fantastic - balcony overlooked the pool and you could see onto the beach. It was usually just us on the beach when we went - there was a sandy area enabling us to get into the water smoothly as well as a more rocky area with tide pools that were fun for our little one. There were also snorkels and pool floaties available for hse, which was great. We had a very nice stay. Kevin and his staff were great and communicative. They even provided a bed for our daughter.

Nice 2 bed, 2 bath unit in a small quiet complex. Kitchen had everything we needed. Host even supplied a few K pods for coffee machine and some snacks. Bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner and soap. Balcony had views of the beach/sea. Unit we were in is not beachfront, it is side view and slightly back from beach. Easy walk to a few shops, restaurants and a nice coffee shop. However to explore Cayman would recommend a car as the property has a parking spot. The host responded promptly to a request and resolved it quickly and efficiently. Would stay again in future. There is a small beach with a ladder to access swimming.

We loved staying on 7 mile beach with the pool and private beach. It was a beautiful place to spend a few days. It is walkable to many local restaurants, shopping and public beach access.

We had a wonderful stay! The place is spacious, spotless and beautifully appointed, with everything you need. The location is perfect—shops and great restaurants are just a short walk away, and guests also have access to a lovely beach. We enjoyed being able to see the beach and ocean right from the property/ hear the waves crashing from the balcony. We’d happily stay here again.

Amazing location! Kevin was super responsive and helpful anytime we needed anything. Beach was perfect with snorkeling right out front. The supplies in the kitchen were a little limited, set of dishes and the basics to cook, so keep in mind if wanting to cook. But if you're not needing to really prepare any significant meals, you should be just fine. Kevin and his partner were available very quickly which was so very helpful. I would definitely stay again as the location is lovely, as is the complex. Very clean and peaceful, with access to the ocean being a huge plus for us!

Great location close to supermarket and restaurants. Very well appointed apartment with everything required for a comfortable stay. The host (Kevin) was very accommodating and prompt in responding. Would definitely book again.

One of the best parts of staying at Grape Tree Villas is how walkable everything is. With restaurants, shops, bars, and even the beach just steps away, a car isn’t a necessity for day-to-day enjoyment. Taxis and ride services are also readily available, making it simple to explore the island without the hassle of parking. That said, if you're planning a longer stay or want to venture out and discover some of Grand Cayman's more tucked-away gems—like Rum Point, East End, or the Crystal Caves—renting a car can be a great option to give you that extra flexibility and freedom.
