The property is ideally situated on a quiet residential street in the West Bay area, offering both tranquility and convenience. A major benefit for our trip was the close proximity and easy access to Foster’s market. The surrounding neighbors maintain a consistently peaceful atmosphere.
The room was exactly as anticipated—a cozy, comfortable space that was well-equipped with all the necessary provisions for a relaxing and self-sufficient week-long visit.
While the initial moments of our stay were not seamless, the host’s intervention was truly exemplary. The level of care provided was outstanding; the host went above and beyond to ensure our safety, comfort, and immediate resolution of any concerns. The personal touch of a beautifully handwritten note further underscored their commitment to guest satisfaction.

Kevin's place was great! Centrally located on 7 Mile Beach with quick access to anything in West Bay. Place was clean and had plenty of the amenities. We dropped the ball on checking out on time and he seemed understanding. Would definitely stay again if we came back.
