We loved our stay! Perfect location with a short walk to the beach and apartment is exactly as pictured and described and close to all of the restaurants and other resorts. This was our first visit to grand cayman and would definitely return and definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit!

I absolutely loved my stay here. Amazing location close to everything. Less than 5 minute drive to multiple restaurants and grocery stores. And a quick walk across the street to a phenomenal beach. The apartment itself was very modern, clean, and secure. I loved the keyless entry as well. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Looked exactly like the photos, felt at home, l loved the outdoor space too. Easy keypad, l did walk to supermarket a few times but l preferred to use the public bus. Beach near by was perfect, lots of trees to sit under. I would recommend & l will stay again.

Kevin's property offers excellent value with a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable memory foam mattress, and convenient location just two minute walk across the street from pristine, uncrowded shores—a refreshing contrast to busy Seven Mile Beach although you can walk there in about 30 minutes if you wish. The patio is perfect for relaxing, and amenities not shown also include washer/dryer and microwave. Nearby grocery stores make self-catering easy. While restaurants aren't walkable, the privacy and beach access make this our preferred accommodation style. Highly recommended!

Check-in was simple. Great communication, i.e., the umbrella was broken and he replaced it quickly. The complex was small and quiet, located about a 3 minute walk across the street to the pristine 7 mile beach. It’s about 3/4 mile to the nearest restaurant or grocery store, but that was also enough buffer from the crowds at the resorts. The bed was a bit firm for us, but that might be a personal preference. Overall, great host, convenient location, and it made for a very positive experience.
