First time visit to the island with my two school age children, wife, brothers and father. Aesthetically the home was beautiful. The views of the ocean from the patio were stunning. The beach outside has lots of coral, great for snorkeling. If you want to swim then short walk north along the beach has less coral more soft sand. Definitely would return.

The condo was absolutely amazing. Very modern and very clean. Beautiful living space, with an amazing view of the beach and ocean. Screened in balcony was another big plus. Beach was just downstairs. Small reefs right as you enter the ocean allowed for great snorkeling with kids. Condo had lots of snorkeling equipment to use.

Kevin's apartment was beautiful and perfect for two families on vacation. The location was amazing. Kevin was kind and very responsive to our questions. We highly recommend his apartment and look forward to going back.

This condo was an absolute showstopper. The space was very modern, spotless, and incredibly spacious. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed and comfortable. The outdoor balcony was amazing, perfect for early morning coffee and unwinding late at night. Kevin was a great host and made the stay seamless. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Grand Cayman.

Kevin was amazing. He was so responsive and very flexible. He allowed us an early check in at 2PM. The property is stunning and it is exactly as the pictures show. It’s very quiet and peaceful. It’s perfect for families. We ate on the balcony every morning and relaxed on it every afternoon. There are beach chairs dedicated to property right out front. Cayman is extremely safe and clean. We will continue to come back because it is perfect for families. Thank you, Kevin. 5 stars from us.
