Expectations were exceeded thanks to Kevin’s responsiveness, flexibility, and clear instructions. He was a great host, and the condo was just as great.
The location was excellent—close to everything—and made for a very comfortable place to stay while enjoying Cayman.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Kevin’s condo in Grand Cayman! The location was perfect—very walkable and convenient, which made getting around effortless. The condo itself was extremely spacious, beautifully maintained, and felt like a true home away from home.
The pool area was gorgeous and well cared for, and the entire property felt clean, safe, and peaceful. The neighbors were incredibly kind and respectful, which added to the overall relaxing experience.
Kevin was an outstanding host—extremely responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. Everything was also very fairly and competitively priced for the quality and location, which made the stay even better.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Grand Cayman!

This is a beautiful apartment in a new development which is exactly as it appears in the photos. It was perfect for our needs. We wanted a spacious and well-appointed self-catering apartment within easy walking distance of a peaceful patch of the glorious Seven Mile Beach and the Camana Bay shopping and entertainment precinct. The communal BBQ area next to the pool was an added bonus which we made good use of. The price was very reasonable compared to the nearby resorts and hotels, and Kevin is an extremely responsive host. The only minor disappointment was the communal gym, which was a dud from our perspective as it doesn't have a conventional treadmill, bike or stepper.

Lovely spacious flat in a modern private development. Nice new furniture, super comfy bed and a full well equipped kitchen. Immaculate pool area and nice big hot tub which was always free for the time we were there. Nice quiet location, very peaceful and safe. Short walk or very short drive to the amazing beach. I think it’s hard to find somewhere better at this price. Can’t wait to go back!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even nicer than the photos. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space.
Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely book again. Highly recommend!
