What a beautiful place to stay! The walk to the beach was less than a minute and absolutely beautiful. The master bed was sooo comfortable. Can’t wait to visit again. Incredible hosts who took GREAT care of us

My wife, three kids, and in-laws and I stayed for 5 days and we all loved Kevin’s place! There was plenty of room to spread out, beautiful views, a nice patio, and the pool was great. It was far enough away from downtown to feel private, but still only a 10 minute drive from most things we wanted to do. Having the beach right in the backyard was amazing! We even snorkels out to the small shipwreck off the coast and were able to see a ton of ocean life. Very please with our stay for the price!

We loved our stay in South Sound. The pool was clean and beach was beautiful and quiet. Kevin was a great host, responding almost immediately when we reached out to him. The location was fantastic, 10 minutes to George Town for tons of great restaurants and close to grocery store and airport. The property itself was perfect for our group of 5. Many thoughtful touches such as laundry and dishwasher detergent, coffee pods and shampoo were provided so we didn't have to run to the store right away. Highly recommend if you are looking for beach front/pool access in a quiet residential area that is still close to restaurants and shopping.

The space is absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable. Everything was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. More than anything, the home had a calm, welcoming atmosphere that made it feel like a true home away from home. It was a peaceful and restorative place to stay, and we truly enjoyed our time there. We can not wait to visit again!

This place was a great spot for our trip. We liked that everything was fairly close to here. The beach spot was rocky but great and convenient for a lazy afternoon around the house. Close to some great spots. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful beautiful building excellent amount of space right on the water close to restaurants grocery store, etc.. The apartment itself was absolutely gorgeous and extremely clean. Very easy to communicate with the owners it was an excellent experience .
