Regal Beach Club #411 is a gorgeous grand floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom (1,200 Sq ft/112 Sq m.) condo perfectly situated in the heart of Seven Mile Beach. This complex has two swimming pools, a Jacuzzi/whirlpool, two gas BBQs, a lighted tennis and pickleball court, a basketball hoop, a fitness room, and of course all of what the incredible Seven Mile Beach has to offer.

The condo is fully equipped with all your needs and all the comforts of home. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and a living area that offers plenty of relaxing seating with large screen, flat panel TV and ocean views. The master bedroom is a spacious retreat with a lovely and very comfortable king bed, en-suite bath and flat screen television. The second bedroom has two twin beds (an extra inflatable twin bed is also available) and a flat-screen TV with the guest bathroom only steps away. Ceiling fans in every room, central A/C, dishwasher, linens, beach towels, washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, blow dryer and complimentary WIFI are provided. You are within walking distance of many restaurants/bars, a yoga studio, spas, coffee shops and ATM. Also, there are great water sports next door at the Marriott hotel, which by the way has amazing afternoon teas and Sunday brunches.
