The apartment is well located 10-20 minutes to the main activities and areas. The little attentions such as snorkeling and beaches equipments make the difference. What to say about the view over the ocean and the ocean right behind the backwards 🥰😍🥰. You can go snorkeling right behind the property. Kevin is really responsive and accommodating. I recommend 💯 and will come back to this place for sure. Thanks again for the stay Kevin!

Private condo, wonderful amenities I enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday. Definitely need to rent a car to get around but the condo is in a safe, location. Definitely will be back! I love the fact that is has a full body mirror as well.

Great stay. Super location, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Home was as advertised. Clean, quiet, fully equipped. Host is a great communicator and made my first visit to Grand Cayman easier than anticipated. Hope to come back soon. Thanks Kevin!

This place is even better than the pictures — peaceful, beautiful, and the perfect spot to relax!” Absolutely beautiful stay! The indoor–outdoor flow to the pool and hot tub was perfect for relaxing. The atmosphere was peaceful, the host was so attentive, and the location near beaches and restaurants made it even better. A perfect spot to unwind and recharge!

Kevin’s place was great it was centrally located and had a designated parking spot with ample parking. Kevin’s place was clean and spacious. The interior had a modern updated decor theme. The grounds were kept clean . The pool Directly in the back of unit was convenient. The small beach area is nice but not swimmable due to the iron shore. Still the beach was nice to take pictures. Would def stay at this property again .

Our stay was incredible, the home was spotless and extremely comfortable. At night very peaceful felt like the property was left for only us no noise at all. Highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful comfortable stay.

Amazing stay. Kevin’s communication was great! I fell in love with this place looked just like the pictures! We had an early flight and the check in was very flexible which I loved!! Definitely recommend this stay!!
