Stayed with our 3 kids it was perfect for our family of 5. The pool was amazing, the ocean was amazing, and the home was amazing. Had games also for entertainment. Perfect location!

Fantastic condo just steps to the beach! We loved the feel and decor of the condo. It was great having bathroom toiletries (shampoo, body wash) and kitchen amenities (dish soap, paper towels) provided just like home. The screen porch was perfect for relaxing and watching the kids enjoy tennis and pickleball nearby. We had no problems finding beach chairs and enjoyed the snorkeling right off the shore. We’d come back 100%!

We spent a week with our family of 5 and had an amazing time. Our kids are in their late teens and loved having the beach and beautiful pool area. Great spot for walks along the beautiful beach and the condo had everything we needed. LOVED having the full kitchen and laundry!

Perfect condo for spring break vacation. Kevin was a fantastic host! The Condo was clean, bright, ocean view. Walking distance to a great snorkel spot our favorite restaurant- The Cracked Conch! The Turtle farm was just down the street. Our daughter is a turtle fanatic. Appreciated the clean bathrooms by the pool and hot tub. Cemetary beach just a 10 min drive where we spent most of our days. Thanks for sharing your nice Condo with us.

Our family came for my son's wedding. There were 6 of us and plenty of room. Great location, short walk to beach and he provides everything you need, chairs, towels and snorkeling gear. I highly recommend and hope to return again next year.

Fantastic stay at Kevin’s place. Condo located in gated community very convenient to Camana Bay amenities and 7-mile beach. Pool steps away overlooking bay. Property very clean with new furnishings. Kevin very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend, we will be back!

We loved our stay in Grand Cayman at Kevin’s place. The beach is absolutely beautiful. The place was so quiet and peaceful. Exactly what we wanted. Lots of wildlife and stuff to do for the kids. There were lots of great restaurants around and the house itself was immaculate and finished to a really high standard. We were really comfortable! We’ll be back

We had a lovely stay at Kevin’s condo in Grand Cayman with our two kids. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, in a quiet gated community. We especially appreciated that beach chairs and sand toys were available to use, the beds were comfortable after long beach days, and having a washer and dryer was incredibly helpful with kids. The pool was beautiful and usually very quiet, and our kids also loved the playground. The main thing to note is that we definitely felt a car was needed, especially with children. While some places are technically walkable, the roads felt too busy for us to comfortably walk with kids. That said, everything was still very close and easy to get to by car. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

The condo and property were as nice as the pictures. Check in was easy, and Kevin was flexible with helping us find a place to put our bags when we arrived early. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked with all of the essentials. The pool, hot tub, and entire common area were so nice, and the property was quiet and serene. We definitely recommend!
